U.S. Treasury Publishes General Licenses for Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has released two general licenses, GLs 51 and 52, related to Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions Regulations, previously available on OFAC's website.
