EPA Approves Pennsylvania's VOC Requirements for Consumer Products
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to establish volatile organic compound (VOC) control requirements for consumer products, as part of the Clean Air Act.
