EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Plan for Portable Fuel Container VOC Requirements
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to establish volatile organic compound (VOC) control requirements for portable fuel containers, as part of the Clean Air Act.
