EPA Proposes Approval of Minnesota's Carbon Monoxide Maintenance Plan Update

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Minnesota State Implementation Plan for maintaining the Carbon Monoxide ambient air quality standard, based on updated emissions inventories and motor vehicle emissions budgets for the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, submitted on November 10, 2004.
