EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement for Bayonne Barrel & Drum Site in Newark, NJ

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a settlement to resolve claims under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) for the Bayonne Barrel & Drum Site in Newark, NJ, with 37 parties required to make three payments totaling $2,186,500 to cover EPA's past response costs.
