Multiple Chemicals; Extension of Tolerances for Emergency Exemptions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended time-limited tolerances for certain pesticides, following emergency exemptions granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). This decision is in response to EPA's authorization of pesticide use for food production, as required by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
