EPA Proposes Approval of New Jersey Consumer Product Rule to Reduce Ozone Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the New Jersey State Implementation Plan (SIP) to control volatile organic compounds and meet the national ambient air quality standard for ozone, resulting in emission reductions and improved air quality.
