EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement to Address Refrigerant Rule Challenge

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement agreement to address a lawsuit filed by the Automotive Refrigeration Products Institute and the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association, which challenged the EPA's final rule on refrigerant recycling substitute refrigerants. The proposed agreement requires the EPA to make corrections to the rule and provide public notice and comment.
