EPA Proposes Approval of Missouri State Implementation Plan and Operating Permits Program Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed the approval of a revision to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP) and Operating Permits Program, which aims to ensure consistency with federally-approved rules and Federal enforceability of the State's air program rule revision.
