EPA to Partially Delete 9.84 Acres from Uravan Superfund Site in Colorado

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 8 is issuing a notice of intent to partially delete 9.84 acres within the Uravan Superfund Site in Colorado from the National Priorities List (NPL) and requests public comment. The EPA and the State of Colorado have completed all response actions for the affected area, except for ongoing maintenance and reviews.
