EPA Partially Deletes 9.84 Acres from National Priorities List in Colorado

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 8 has published a direct final notice to partially delete 9.84 acres from the National Priorities List (NPL) at the Uravan Superfund Site in Colorado, following completion of all response actions and concurrence from the State of Colorado.
