EPA Exempts Methyl Bromide Production for Critical Uses Amid Ozone Layer Protection

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized rules to exempt the production and import of methyl bromide for critical uses from the accelerated phaseout regulations aimed at protecting the stratospheric ozone layer, under the Clean Air Act and the Montreal Protocol.
