EPA Approves Michigan's NOx Emissions Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised plan by the state of Michigan to reduce oxides of nitrogen (NOx) emissions from large stationary sources, including power plants and industrial boilers, in compliance with the NOx SIP Call Phase I rule published in 2004.
