EPA Requests OMB Review and Approval for Lead-Based Paint Information Collection

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve the renewal of an existing information collection, which is set to expire on December 31, 2004. The EPA is seeking to disseminate pre-renovation information on lead-based paint under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 406(b).
