EPA Approves New Mexico's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) for New Mexico's Albuquerque/Bernalillo County, submitted by Governor of New Mexico on May 2, 2003, which updates the plan's numbering and format without making any significant changes to the regulations, in compliance with the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA).
