Drawbridge Operation Regulation; Bayou Portage, Pass Christian, MS

The Coast Guard proposes to change the operating requirements for the Henderson Avenue bascule span bridge, across Bayou Portage at Pass Christian, Mississippi. Presently, the bridge is required to open on signal. The proposed rule would require that a two-hour advance notice be provided for an opening of the draw to navigation.
