U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Renews Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee Charter

The U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security has decided to renew the Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee (MERPAC) charter, following a consultation with the Committee Management Secretariat of the General Services Administration, due to the need for the U.S. Coast Guard Commandant to perform their duties. This decision is in the public interest.
