Executive Office for Immigration Review Publishes New Privacy Act Guidelines for Immigration Records

The Executive Office for Immigration Review has released a new set of guidelines for handling immigration records, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as outlined in AAG/A Order No. 007-2004, to ensure the protection of sensitive information.
