Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Delegation Order: Authority to Maintain the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record

The ATF has been granted authority to maintain the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record, a database tracking certain firearms and their owners, following a delegation order from the U.S. Department of Justice.
