Delegation Order: Authority to Make Determinations on Clearance Notices, Clearances, or Denials, and Appeals of Denial Letters Under 18 U.S.C. 843(h)

The U.S. Department of Justice has issued a delegation order granting authority to certain officials to make decisions on clearance notices, clearances, or denials, as well as appeals of denial letters, under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. 843(h).
