EPA Lodges Consent Decree Under CERCLA for Contaminated Site in California

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a consent decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA), as amended, for a contaminated site in California, following a settlement agreement with the site's responsible parties.
