Executive Office for Immigration Review Adopts Final Rule for Section 212(c) Relief for Aliens With Certain Criminal Convictions

The Executive Office for Immigration Review has adopted a final rule establishing procedures for lawful permanent residents with certain criminal convictions to apply for relief from deportation or removal, and sets forth deadlines for filing motions with immigration judges or the Board of Immigration Appeals.
