US Department of the Treasury Publishes Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions Regulations Determination and General Licenses

The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published a determination and three general licenses related to Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions Regulations, following an Executive order issued on April 6, 2022.
