NIH to Mandate Public Access to Health-Related Research Information

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking public comments on its plan to require grantees and supported researchers to submit electronic copies of final manuscripts of health-related research funded by NIH, in an effort to enhance public access to NIH research information.
