Medicare Program; Physicians' Referrals to Health Care Entities With Which They Have Financial Relationships (Phase II); Correcting Amendment

The U.S. government is revising a Medicare rule to correct a technical error from 2004, which inadvertently deleted physician self-referral advisory opinion regulations. The corrected rule will go into effect on July 26, 2004.
