Medicare Program: Evaluation Criteria for Intermediaries, Carriers, and DMEPOS Regional Carriers

The Medicare program is introducing new criteria and standards to assess the performance of intermediaries, carriers, and DMEPOS regional carriers, effective after the notice is published in the Federal Register, with the first evaluation results considered when entering into or renewing contracts, and public comment is invited on these criteria and standards.
