IRS Finalizes Regulations on Centralized Partnership Audit Regime

The IRS has published a correction to its final regulations on the centralized partnership audit regime, which was initially published in December 2022, to exempt certain partnership-related items and establish alternative rules for the examination of these items by the IRS.
