CLIA Program; Continued Approval of the American Association of Blood Banks for Deeming Authority

The American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) has been re-approved as an accrediting organization for clinical laboratories under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) program, allowing laboratories accredited by AABB to meet CLIA condition-level requirements without routine inspections.
