Internal Revenue Service Requests Comments on REIT Taxation and Reporting

The IRS is seeking public input on the taxation and reporting of REIT excess inclusion income as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
