Environmental Review for Kaua'i Island Utility Cooperative's Habitat Conservation Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is preparing a joint Federal/State environmental document for the Kaua'i Island Utility Cooperative's proposed habitat conservation plan, which aims to minimize harm to endangered species, including the Hawaiian petrel and Newell's shearwater.
