U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Makes Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Caspian Tern Management Available for Review

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released a draft environmental impact statement evaluating the potential effects of relocating a Caspian tern colony in the Columbia River estuary to reduce predation on juvenile salmonids, and is seeking public comment on the proposal.
