Implementation of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 Corrected

The U.S. government has corrected the title of a document related to the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, which initially reopened the comment period for a proposed rule published on July 21, 2004, in the Federal Register (69 FR 43547).
