U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Migratory Bird Hunting Regulations for Certain Tribes

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing special migratory bird hunting regulations for certain Native American tribes on federal reservations, trust lands, and ceded lands for the 2004-05 migratory bird hunting season.
