Agency Requests Public Comment on Two Information Collection Requests for Well Potential Test Report and Sensitive Reservoir Information Report

The agency is notifying the public that it has submitted two information collection requests to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, and is seeking public comment on the paperwork burden associated with these requirements, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
