National Park Service Proposes Special Regulations for Winter Visitations in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks

The National Park Service is proposing a rule to manage winter visitation and recreational use in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, as well as the John D. Rockefeller, Jr., Memorial Parkway, for up to three winter seasons, starting from the 2006-2007 winter season.
