Pueblo of Isleta Judgment Funds Distribution Plan Takes Effect

The United States Court of Federal Claims has approved a plan for the use and distribution of judgment funds awarded to the Pueblo of Isleta, which became effective on March 20, 2004, following a judgment awarded on January 7, 2002, and appropriation on March 19, 2002.
