Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Establishment of an Additional Manatee Protection Area in Lee County, FL

The US Fish and Wildlife Service is reopening the public comment period for a proposed rule to establish a manatee refuge in Lee County, Florida, to allow those affected by hurricanes to provide input, and comments from the initial period will be incorporated into the final decision.
