Bureau of Land Management Announces Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Rawlins Resource Management Plan Revision

The Bureau of Land Management has made available a draft environmental impact statement for the Rawlins Resource Management Plan revision, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, and invites public comment on the proposed plan.
