U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces 90-Day Finding on Petition to List Three Species of Lampreys as Threatened or Endangered

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has announced a 90-day finding on a petition to list three species of lampreys - Pacific lamprey, western brook lamprey, and river lamprey - as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act of 1973. The Service finds that there is insufficient scientific evidence to warrant listing these species, and will not initiate a further review.
