U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Reopens Comment Period on Critical Habitat Designation for Endangered Species in California and Southern Oregon

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking additional public comments on areas included in a 2002 proposal to designate critical habitats for four vernal pool crustaceans and eleven vernal pool plants in California and southern Oregon, following a court order to re-evaluate excluded lands.
