NPS Publishes Notice on Big Thicket National Preserve Drilling Plan, Environmental Assessment, and Floodplain Statements

The National Park Service has published a notice announcing the availability of a plan for drilling and production at the WM Rice 1 Well in Big Thicket National Preserve, Texas, along with an environmental assessment and draft floodplain and wetland statements of findings, although these documents are not yet ready for review.
