U.S. Department of Transportation Issues Final Rule on Grant and Agreement Guidelines

The U.S. Department of Transportation has published a final rule updating the Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Agreements with Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other Non-Profit Institutions, which was first introduced in 2000.
