FAA Proposes Airworthiness Directive for Gulfstream 100 and Astra Series Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed a new airworthiness directive to adjust the ground contact switches of certain Gulfstream 100 and Astra series airplanes to prevent uncommanded deployments of the ground airbrakes during descent, which could lead to reduced controllability of the aircraft.
