Bell Helicopter Textron Canada Issues Airworthiness Directive for Model 222, 222B, 222U, and 230 Helicopters

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has adopted a new airworthiness directive requiring inspections and repairs to prevent failure of the main rotor yoke and loss of control of the helicopter, following the discovery of a crack in a yoke on one of the specified models.
