FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for Airbus A319, A320, and A321 Series Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing a new airworthiness directive to modify auxiliary power unit (APU) AC generators on certain Airbus Model A319, A320, and A321 series airplanes to prevent oil vapor leakage and potential fires during flight, following a report of an explosion in the APU compartment.
