FAA to Consider Waiving Aeronautical Use Requirement for Surplus Property at Memphis International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on a proposal by the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority to release a 2.72-acre parcel of surplus property at the Memphis International Airport from aeronautical use requirements, as mandated by Title 49, U.S.C. Section 47153(c).
