DOT Seeks Public Comment on Airline Service Quality Performance Reports

The Bureau of Transportation Statistics is seeking public input on the necessity and usefulness of requiring large certificated air carriers to submit 'On-Time Flight Performance Reports' and 'Mishandled-Baggage Reports' to monitor air service quality, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
