FAA Releases Advisory Circular 23-21 for Airworthiness Compliance Checklists on Small Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has released Advisory Circular (AC) 23-21, providing guidance on the creation and use of airworthiness compliance checklists for small airplanes undergoing major alterations. The checklists are intended for Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanics and FAA Airworthiness Safety Inspectors (ASIs) to ensure compliance with FAA regulations.
