Bombardier to Implement Airworthiness Directive for Regional Jet Series 100 & 440 Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has adopted a new airworthiness directive requiring repetitive inspections of check valves and air supply ducts on Bombardier Model CL-600-2B19 Regional Jet Series 100 & 440 airplanes to prevent rapid depressurization in case of a bulkhead check valve failure.
