FAA Adopts Airworthiness Directive for Dornier Model 328-100 and -300 Series Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued an airworthiness directive requiring inspections and replacements of metal oxide varistor and transient absorption zener diodes on certain Dornier Model 328-100 and -300 series aircraft to prevent potential failure of ice protection systems following a lightning strike.
